"Thriving in a World of Change" - Talk by Dr. Bruce Lipton - Seattle, July 2024 (Part 1)

Hello everyone!

Last Saturday, I had the opportunity to attend an incredible talk by Dr. Bruce Lipton in Seattle, organized by East West Books & Gifts. It was an experience difficult to describe in words, but in the coming days, I will share with you those things that touched my soul and that might be useful to you.

The talk allowed me to reset my hard drive, give me the push to step out of my comfort zone, and feel that I am not alone in my way of seeing and feeling the world. It lasted 3 hours and 30 minutes without interruption, and when Dr. Lipton asked for permission to take 10 more minutes, I didn't even realize that 3 hours had already passed. My mind was immersed in that field of information, and all I wanted was more and more...

Every minute was loaded with so much wisdom that I feel an enormous responsibility and duty to share it. Whoever is ready to listen, great, and whoever isn't, that's fine too. Someday you'll understand; it's neither good nor bad, it just is. The talk was titled "Thriving in a World of Change." We are in a world in crisis, but many people don't want to see it. We live as victims of society and don't take responsibility for our programming (cf. image 2).

We only have one Earth, but in many parts of the world, we live as if we had six (cf. image 3). The healthcare system treats disease and has forgotten about health. Stress is more popular than vitality, we are trapped in a race with no finish line, depressed about the past, anxious about the future, and we forget to live the only thing we have: the NOW.

Civilization as we know it is coming to an end, but a new one is about to begin (cf. image 4). We must be as open as possible and prepared for this new beginning. Dr. Lipton gave us the analogy with the caterpillar: as it grows, it devours a plant, but in the midst of that chaos, a new being is formed, giving rise to a butterfly (cf. image 5). We are now in chaos, almost without realizing it, we have handed over our power to the system, becoming slaves to it socially, economically, and health-wise.

There is a global social, economic, and health crisis. It is time to reclaim our power and empower ourselves as individuals, socially, economically, and health-wise, taking individual responsibility and not expecting the system to take care of us. Many will ask how, and the answer is very simple: we cannot keep applying the same solutions to the same problems if we want to make a change, and that change must be in the community.

The human being is a perfect machine, with genetics that we now know is reprogrammable thanks to epigenetics. We must take sovereignty and control of our Being to stop being victims of what happens to us. It is not an easy job, but it is not impossible either; it is working from the inside out.

I'll leave it here for today because I'm sure many questions will arise. If you want to share, you can leave me comments or send me messages. I don't know if I'll have answers, but a community is for that: to support each other, grow together, and accompany each other in the process of evolution. Tomorrow I will continue sharing more about Dr. Lipton's talk.

Thank you for reading!
